does anyone know if you can use regular school glue to make flubber? Ive always used the elmer's all purpose glue, but I forgot to stop at the store on the way home. Does regular school glue work?

Any brand will work. I usually use whatever glue I have in the classroom, but it ends up usually being Elmer's.

Elmer's school glue works. Some of the generic "jug" school glues from educational supply stores do not work.

I would suggest Elmer's exclusively for teachers making it as a science project for older kids, but, if you are just making it for fun, use whatever glue you have on hand. Even if it turns out stringy and "not quite right", the kids will still love it.
