Do you use a Flip Camera in your classroom? They are the easiest and most amazing things EVER!
I got the HD Mino for Christmas and have had a wonderful time with it. The only thing I don't like, though, is that in order to make a DVD for people to bring home, you have to have separate DVD software. I don't have that yet.
YES!! I use mine in the classroom all the time! We've made movies of activities we've done-- like when they all made gingerbread houses, science experiments, and such.
I think the coolest thing I did is have them act out & make movies (shorts) of math story problems. Really helped them learn to visualize what was actually occurring in the story rather than just picking out the numbers and doing some operation.
If you follow this link, you can view a couple of the movies. Click on "Building Our Benches" or "Our Gingerbread Project!". There are also 3 of "Our Science Fair Project".
