wow that is A LOT!!! like you said, its great that you have so much expeience but I think id totally get rid of the part i bolded below. The workshops can be discussed in an interview and i dont really feel they need to be added to your resume because you have so much other experience on there. and the other work experience just isnt necessary, again because you have so much teaching experience. I was thinking also that maybe you can combine the tutoring job into just one in SOME way, I just dont really know how haha. Like i said, its great that you have so much info but honestly i skipped over half of it because it was SO MUCH. now granted im not a principal or someone who reads resumes all day but i felt liek there was SOOO much reading required and some of it was repetitive. overall though, great letter!!!! i really like the bulleted stuff in the beginning and you have a great variety in there!

I'd have to agree with Roseteacher, about half-way through, I realized it was a lot of the same thing, so I just started skipping. I'm in the process of redoing my resume (for non-teaching job) and have been reading up for days and days on how to write a resume. You need a resume that will capture their interest and keep them reading. You need to keep it very short and consise.
Also, rather than focusing on job duties, I've read that we should focus on accomplishments. Employers alaready know pretty much what duties and responsibilities you had >They are more interested in what your accomplishments were. That's what I"m working on now too. I am going through each job and deleting the responsibilities and duties and writing at least one accomplishment for each teaching job I held. That will shorten it, but make it stronger.

Oh, and leave off references. That will be on a separate page and is usually asked either as part of the application package or later.

Thank you both for your feedback! It can get so confusing.

I added the workshops recently after someone suggested I add any professional development workshops I attended. Ok, thanks so much again!!!
