I was asked to resign last year...I felt like unfairly. I am currently working at another school. P has had a few suggestions but told me the other day that he didn't have any "grave concerns". What do you think this means?

I think it means he plans to keep you.

Why did they ask you to resign? Is that even legal? I hear they do that so they can avoid paying people unemployment. I would never resign if I was told to do so, especially if I never did anything wrong!
