Everyone else is addicted to pinterest too, right?!

What're everyone's number one, most favorite of all, tips from Pinterest?

Mine is simple and I definitely had a Duh! moment after seeing it. Hot glue pom poms to the end of Expo markers to use as erasers.

Taking conference notes on address labels for conferencing notes so you can just stick them in a binder.

Just signed on to Pinterest at my friend's insistence that I will love it! I do!!!!
Favorite pin so far: take out the middle panel of a picnic table, replace with an aluminum gutter, fill with ice-and you have a table with a beverage cooler built in!

Hanging charts from those 3M hooks, or sentence strips from them on a binder clip.

    I'll throw out two more:

Putting two dice in a small Tupperware (found 10 in a pack at the dollar store) so they can be used for math games. They can still be "rolled" without the drama of kids losing them or rolling them across the floor.

Whole class journals that any kid can write in during free choice time or early finishers. Topics like, A Dream I Had Once, or Favorite Memory, can be put on the front of a composition book with a label.

    Oh, and one more.

Apparently one part dish soap and two parts metallic acrylic paint makes the paint used on scratch offs.

Scratch off class rewards "lotto tickets" is one application.
This year I'm going to make my kids' valentines scratch offs.

Has anyone tries hot gluing close pins to the wall to hang charts? I was thinking of trying that, wondering if it works.

Taking the pop top off a can of soda, slipping it over a hanger so you can hang another hanger onto it. This way you can hang a shirt and coordinates together.
