I have been loving sunflower butter on rice cakes lately!
Any new snacks you love?

That sounds like punishment!
Costco sells fresh uncooked tortillas. You just heat them up, a minute or so on each side in a dry skillet.
I've been doing either almond butter and jelly or hummus. Yum!
I usually make a lower fat hummus that is just chickpeas, lemon juice, liquid from the canned peas, smidge of nice olive oil, garlic, and paprika. No tahini. I might add some basil and sun dried tomatoes or roasted red pepper.
water: fruit infused water. favorites: strawberry + mint; strawberry + basil, pinapple + orange, watermelon + rosemary, apple + cinnamon, etc. Yummy!
I also love water with fruit. I usually just use lemons and oranges that I've dehydrated. Sometimes I have carbonated water with fresh berries. Delightful!
Oooooh...I saw a couple of these on Pinterest. I want to try them out! :thumb:
I've been chowing down on uchuvas. So yummy!
We call those gooseberries where I come from.
Take one small can of mixed nuts (I prefer unsalted) and throw it into a sealable baggie. Add dried fruit (raisins and craisins, mostly) and wasabi peas in whatever ratio you choose. Seal the bag and shake it like crazy. A big handful of that gets me through the morning.
Can't stop eating carrots and sugar snap peas with hummus!
I made this Orange Chipotle pecan mix from eat-yourself-skinny.com. Delish... But she was way off on the calories. But so yummy!
Thanks! I got an infuser water bottle from a friend, and have been trying to come up with combinations to try...
Yeah, I've gone nuts on sugar snap peas a few times. So good by themselves or with a little low fat dressing. I will have to try them with hummus!
Try this: Grated Frozen Limons
Adds healthful flavor to LOTS of different foods.......
Can you tell me what an infuser water bottle is? The recipes sound interesting.
Here's a picture...it "explains" the concept.
Thanks. That sounds like a purchase that will go on my wish list!
For me the fruit infused water is not only about the taste it looks pretty, so I'm more eager to drink it
Today I took strawberry + basil.
I made a really good dip with:
red pepper flakes
all mixed in the blender. Used it on my regular afternoon snack of baby carrots. The edamame adds some protein!

dried persimmons - always loved them!
Gardetto's trail mix
This is the infuser I have... We put lemon strawberry, just strawberry or lemon, watermelon, grape, apple.
I think I need one of these. There was a Facebook thing going around with different combos - I tried pineapple mint and it was amazing!
I guess I'm going to have to get some different plants so I can try it with the herbs! I'm sure that really adds to the flavor...
I loved my mango and strawberry combination.

Pretzel sticks (the big ones) with spinach dip and Ginger Ale to drink. Also, pitted figs, which I can't seem to find in any of our stores lately!
I was at BBB last night and saw bigger pitchers with the space for fruit to be infused without it plopping into your water
Hummus and pita
Hummus and vegetables
My boyfriend's mom used to always make a sort of cereal chivda style snack mix. Depending on how it is cooked, it could be healthy.
I also make baked oatmeal as a sweet snack.
I just drink water as a healthy drink.

I basically love to have raw veggies & fruits, cleaned and chilled in the refrig for quick snacks in breakfast. However, my favourite is 2 oz Applegate Honey and Maple Turkey Breast wrapped around 2 bread-and-butter pickles. It just taste awesome to me.
Hummus and veggies
Gluten free crackers
All I drink (other than the occasional adult beverage) is coffee and water.
