We just watched Remember the Titans. I laughed, I cried, it was a true Feel-Good movie.

What are some of your favorite feel-good movies?

I saw the thread title and that was the first movie that popped into my head!

    I like sports movies.

Penelope, with Christina Ricci and James McAvoy, especially the ending. Sometimes I watch youtube clips of the end just to get that "feel good" vibe. It never fails to make me smile!

That's great Giraffe! I don't usually like to watch sports but even I was cheering :)

I'll have to look up Penelope.

Great idea Stargirl to look on Youtube for the feel good parts. I do look at cute baby animals when I want to smile.

I haven't seen it in awhile now, but I LOVE the Goonies.

Not a 'feel-gooder' all the way through, but Good Will Hunting is a great one!

I am a fan of a good sports movie also. Remember the Titans is great in the feel-good department. I also like Angels in the Outfield for the same thing.

That is my all time favorite movie! LOVE it!

I had forgotten about this movie! I really loved it when I saw it a few years ago.

My favorite feel-good movie is probably "Mr. Holland's Opus."

Just watched The Right Stuff last night. I don't remember it from 1983, and it had some seriously misogynistic background themes, but it was still a feel good period piece!

The last feel-good movie I saw was...I honestly don't remember. I'd assume The Blind Side would be a feel-good one, but I haven't seen that one yet.

Don't know why, but I really like "Castaway." I like Tom Hanks in just about everything.

I love Ghost Town with Ricky Gervais. Very funny with a rom-com aspect to it.

The three movies I have seen the most are without a doubt:

    You've Got Mail
    Ever After
    Shawshank Redemption

I don't consider Shawshank a "feel good" movie, and I always cry watching the other two, but those are my comfort movies.

"Breathe" tattoos have become fairly popular, but I've wanted a "Just Breathe" tattoo since high school when I became obsessed with Ever After.

I cried when Wilson floated away. In fact, I just geared up thinking about it. Clearly I am very sensitive.

    I also love The Sandlot

Without a doubt, Before Sunrise and Before Sunset. I'm dying for Before Midnight to come out on DVD - wasn't in a theater near me.

Raiders of the Lost Ark and Clue are my house-cleaning movies. I pretty much know them by heart :)
