Okay, to spin off of the favorite Christmas song...how about your favorite Christmas ALBUM?????? You know the one- the one you can't wait to put in the CD player the day after Thanksgiving...(or before, if you're a diehard Christmas fan like me!)
Here is my Hands Down Favorite:
Trisha Yearwood's The Sweetest Gift album:wub:

Others that rock my CD player:
    Brad Paisley's Christmas album
Amy Grant's Christmas album (her first one)
    Martina McBride's Christmas album

I would have to say the Manhattan Transfer's Christmas album, though the Boston Pops runs a close second.

Most of mine stem from my "younger years" - Hanson's "Snowed In", Mariah Carey's "Merry Christmas", 'NSync's "Home for Christmas"

Mostly I just enjoy my Christmas mix CDs

I second the Hanson "Snowed In." It's the first one I listen to every year! Last year I picked up the Straight No Chaser Christmas album. I also really like the "Barenaked for the Holidays" by Barenaked Ladies. Oh, I can't wait! And I just found out that my mom is coming home for Christmas this year maybe!

Like any of the Mannheim Steamroller ones and Trans-Siberian Railroad and even if it is alittle weird, Rosie O'Donnell's first christmas album. It has some cute songs and interesting duos singing them.

I'm going to be a real teeny-bopper when I say this, but I love NSYNC's Christmas Album! I am 24 years old, and it is still my favorite!

(Man... you people have mentioned a lot of good ones!)

My all time favorite...and the first my ex and I bought together as a dating couple:

Andy Williams Christmas Album (the red cover)

    Sampling:

I could go on and on mentioning other Christmas albums... but I find that with others I only pick out certain songs. This one... I love them all. (And as a music teacher I would pull a number of them - and their arrangements - for my Christmas shows.)

Oh, I can't believe we're talking about Christmas music already!! I also can't believe I already bought Christmas gifts... but that's another thread. :p

My favorite albums-- I can't pick just one-- are:
    1. Amy Grant's Christmas album (the one with "Breath of Heaven" on it)
    2. Point of Grace-- that's the first one I put in my car CD player, actually.

Harry Simeone Chorale, The LIttle Drummer Boy.

We listened to this EVERY YEAR since I was very little. We wore the tape about out and I finally found it on CD last year.

My mom, sister, and I know everyword, inflection, and even imitate musical segues!

I think anyone can sound pretty good singing Christmas songs!

I like Garth Brooks from a few years ago, not sure of the album title. It has the most beautiful instrumental song on it called Mary's Dream. It makes me want to dance in the snow...
