As I've said here before, I'm built strange and have a hard time finding clothes that fit. My booty and waist are not in proportion at all. I'm in need of some more jeans - I only have one pair. It's been a long time since I've shopped for jeans, what are some brands you all like? I like Silver jeans, but the only place that sells them here is Maurices, and the only ones they have are the styles with holes all over the place. I don't think I can turn loose of $80 to by a pair of jeans with holes in them. Guess I'm getting old. Has anyone tried Miss Me jeans?

They are pricey, but I like Lucky jeans. They have a couple styles that fit my small-waist-to-large-hips-and-rear proportions.

Jeans from the loft usually work well for me.

I like miss me jeans- they are expensive though. I also like LA Idol. There is a boutique here that sells them both and runs specials pretty often. Maybe there is something similar near you.

All of my jeans come from Maurice's. I love that store!! They do have jeans that do not have holes in them and they are reasonably priced. I'm not proportional either and Maurice's jeans fit me well.

I have a really hard time finding jeans because I'm opposite in proportion to most women. No matter what size I am or how much weight I lose, my waist is always bigger than my hips/thighs/butt and most women are the opposite. In some stores, I literally can't button the waist yet can pull 6-7 inches of extra material off my legs. I've found the only jeans that fit me well are American Eagle. They have the right proportions for me and it's been the only store I've bought them from for years. It is hard though since it's a younger store to find jeans without the holes/distressed look which I just don't like even for a casual setting.

I love Silver. I heard that Younkers carries them, too. I get mine at The Buckle.

DKNY is reasonably priced & has the styles that flatter most people: Stretch denim that's dark-colored denim with a bootcut hem (so the thighs don't look as large). I have the most of that brand.

The only ones that fit me correctly are from Maurices and Lane Bryant. they have them that are cut narrow through the hip & thigh. My waist is wider than my behind, so regular jeans and women's cut jeans are baggy in the butt & thighs on me by the time they fit my waist.
