ok so i changed my mind from my last post lol.

now i am trying to think of a bulletin board that has something to do with leaves.

i was thinking "leaf" those lazy words behind, but i don't know where to go from there!

i want to be able to keep up all month.

    any ideas?

Why don't you have your students write a paper on the season and the fun things they like to do during Autumn/Fall? They can decorate leaves and you can put their name on a leaf and use that to "hold" the paper in place.
TITLE it..."Leaf It Up To My Students to Write a Great Story"

    I don't know:wub:

I do a "Tree of Thanks". I cut out leaves on the diecutter and the kids write something that they are thankful for. I make a "tree" out of crumpled brown butcher paper.

    Thanks for the idea!!!!!

I am also doing Tom turkey disguised. I send home a picture of a turkey and they have to help him be in disguise so he doesn't get eaten. I got some really great ones when I taught kindergarten. I am hoping for some good ones this year too.
