Hey everyone, How do you work as an ESOL teacher in your school? Are you push in or pull out? Do you write your own plans, or just modify teacher plans with ESOL strategies and activities? Do you teach content if you are push in? I think that the administration at our school has lost sight of what ESOL is supposed to do and be. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd like to know how ESOL looks in other schools/states/districts...
We don’t have push in or pull out since we are all certified, so our lessons are just our content lesson plans with strategies for ELL students.
