Sorry, you're catching me before my first cup of coffee...isn't your question a little ironic considering the requests for clarification on your own posts?

On another note, thank you for putting a title on your thread. In regards to the note, yes, it does seem ill written.

Clearly it's poorly written. I'm curious as to the job you applied for?

Well, since the job announcement isn't very professional, I guess you couldn't expect any correspondence concerning it to be. :)

Your use to applying to SBE School Districts. When your applying to DCFS Private Schools it is a hole different game.

I don't know what your initials stand for, nor what you assume I'm "used to" applying for; my impression of the job announcement and the letter you received is that they are far from professional. It's not a regional thing.

SBE state board of education, what school districts are under.

DCFS department of children and family services, what private daycares are under. Sorry about that. Most job adds for private daycares are unprofessional I got use to that.

What else is unprofessional, is if I contact place I use last names. However if I am contacted by a place they usually use first names.

This seems to be a Craigslist posting for a teaching position, at least going by the format you have supplied. Not unheard of, but still a little unorthodox. I'd be a little wary of looking for jobs on Craigslist beyond summer or private school.

You should probably work on your own usage of the language before questioning those in a position to hire you.

Please read my last post in your 'creme' thread. I think you need to improve your English and communication skills. I don't mean that as a 'put down' but it could be hurting you in the application process. I do NOT have the best English skills and as a result always get someone to proofread resumes and letters of introduction for me.
