What have you done for intervention with this grade level?

Stay in communication with the teachers. They should tell you what they need you to work on with the kids. If your school has the students take the MAP test, you can also look at their individual learning continuums for help. I'm guessing you will be helping with individual skills.
This 30 minute time is for the entire school and I'll be working with my students. I would love to know how all of you run intervention, especially for ELA. If a student is low in a math skill, you can work on that skill, but for reading, it's really difficult to narrow down exactly what the kids need , don't you agree?

Sure. That's why you should probably get some diagnostic data. It may be that they need phonics work or just comprehension work using a lower level book. But you won't know if you don't have data to help you figure it out.
