I've never purchased anything on eBay before now. I got a Cricut machine for Christmas and wanted some cartridges. They are very costly, so I looked on eBay, as suggested by someone on these boards. Wow, cartridges for $0.99! I knew they'd be more than that, but I figured I could go up to 1/2 of retail and be very, very happy. So I bid on a bunch of them. Today, husband told me I could just type in what my highest bid would be and the system would keep bidding for me until the item went above that price. Great, so I put the 1/2 of retail price into a lot of them and went on my way. So guess what? I won TWO of the same dang cartridges. I did not notice that in the bunch I had chosen the same one twice. And I won both for the 1/2 of retail prices I set in. Great. Now I have two for one! Just TWO of the same for the price of ONE. Kicking myself.
Aw man, I have that! I don't have that many either. I buy and sell on eBay regularly and have for years. Only one or two questionable transactions as most people are super honest, understanding, and helpful.
I use to bid on Ebay a while back, but now all this Ebay talk got me interested again. GOT TO GO NOW! Rebe1
JustMe, well, the teacher slant to the cartridge made it pretty likely you might have it. Oh, well! There are not too many cartridges I want. I want to make bulletin board words and shapes. Not greeting cards. But whatever. Happy New Year!
