My new does Halloween differently- every teacher has an activity going on in their room and the kids move around from class to class. Sign ups are happening today.
My phone is not working and I can't get on Pinterest here at school.
Any ideas for easy crafts (or games) that I can do? Cheap, too, since I have to have enough supplies for 500 kids!

I can only thing of elaborate things!!

You've got to make this easy or you'll go nuts. Just make bean bag pumpkins and have them toss them into buckets.

How about Halloween themed 'pin the something on something else'? That way you could have two or three stations and get the kids in and out more quickly. Pin the tail on the black cat, pin the smile on the jack o'lantern, pin the candy on the trick-or-treater's goody bag. It seems like it wouldn't be too expensive to make your own with marker and poster board.

How about a relay race? Buy a couple skeleton decorations and separate the pieces. Each person grabs a bone, and runs to the board and assembles the skeleton. If you put a magnet on the back of each piece, you can see the skeleton taking shape.

What about dancing to "Monster Mash" and/or "Thriller"?

Well! You will have to "think" UP some simple stuff woman!
Bowling for ghosts! Use 10-2 lit Pepsi or coke soda bottle with the soda still in them as bowling pins. You can cover them with some white cloth or paper. Use a softball as a bowling ball.
