I teach at a Catholic school and I need some ideas for Easter activities. I would like to do an Easter activity with my 4th graders, and an Easter egg hunt is just too "babyish" for them. Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe something similar to an egg hunt but more age appropriate? Thanks!!!

Howe about a vocabulary review with words in some of the eggs and definitions in others, they collect an egg and find their answer partner. You could do this with math problems too.

Rechenka's Eggs by Patricia Polacco would wonderful book to share. They can research Russian culture and develop designs for their own eggs with the shapes mentioned in the book. I shared the book with my 5th graders and I plan on doing something similar.
