I am looking for a easel to use in my classroom. I want to write the morning message and other things on it.

Where did you get yours and how much was it?

If you live near an IKEA, they have them for $24.99.

Before IKEA came to my city, I got an easel at a teacher supply store for $49.99.

Target and Wal-Mart also carry a variety of easels.

I found a tripod one in the craft department at Walmart. It was $12. I assembled it myself after painting it red. I already had a white board (probably about $14) so I propped it on the easel and voila...under $30.

I went to walmart and saw the one you are talking about! I liked it but I want to use chart paper and I have to think of a way to hang it!

If someone comes up with a way to use chart paper and a white board, please do post it. I've been wanting one for three years, and they are too expensive at all the teacher stores.

Thank you for posting this! I've been looking for an easel all summer and they've all been way to expensive. I just ran to Ikea to pick one up and it was only $14.99! Exactly what I was looking for! Thanks again!!! :)
