I just got back from vacation and had a very unusual experience on my way back--- needless to say, I have no luggage, and my keys were in my luggage! This means I have no keys to get into work. My plan this weekend was to catch up on my last minute prep before starting school! I had completely set aside this entire weekend for finishing up!
Oh no! That would be very frustrating! I know you'll be doing what you can from home. I hope you can get in there early Monday morning.
Well my workshops start Monday. The kids won't be there. I should have said that.... I am SUPER busy next week though on top of the all day workshops and don't really want to be at school until 9 pm!
My phone charger was also in my luggage-- so I have a dead phone. I emailed a couple of colleagues to see when they will be in. It's too far of a commute to just pop over and see. I actually can probably do some stuff from here- I can shop of course, and write up plans on my computer.
Ooohh, I think this is a bit more serious than 'dumb gripe'. I would be upset, too. Maybe you are more ready than you think and this is a way to help you see it????
Wow, that's annoying, huh?! I hope that you get a lot done at home this weekend! I'll be at school after my meeting on monday until 9:00...so if you are there, you're not alone!
