Do their tops/blouses/shirts & ladies' clothing in general usually run big or small? Thanks!

They always seem to run small for me. Most of their stuff is really young looking and aimed at a college crowd, so their clothes are cut almost like juniors clothes. The have pretty thorough sizing charts online.

My daughter has bought a few tops and shorts from there; she says the sizes are a little small, particularly in the bottoms.

I think the clothes are cut obscenely small and are generally made for straighter figures. I wear a small size, but I'm very curvy, and I usually can't wear anything from Urban Outfitters.

Their housewares section is full of adorable things, though.

Depends on the label. I find that most of the stuff runs extremely tiny, as in even wearing a small in most other brands, I would need at least a medium at UO. Some labels have more normal sizing, but it is definitely a place where you need to try stuff on.

In my opinion it runs small. I used to shop at that store in HS/College, but now I feel like the quality has gone down and the prices have gone way up. I'd rather not pay $70 for a shirt that feels like it was made of tissue paper!!!

I shop at Urban mainly for shoes and purses. In my opinion the clothes run pretty big. Well at least for my shape.
