Is anyone else watching this show on either side of the pond (pun slightly intended)? Rockhubby and I don't get BBC America, but a local indie theater near us has permission to show the new episodes as long as they don't charge (we always buy food or drink while there). LOVING the first two episodes of the season so far. I laughed so hard at this most recent episode, I probably missed some dialog, but who cares?

    Who else is with me?

I LOVE and adore Doctor Who!!! I am slightly obsessed with the show and it is helping a little with my Sherlock addiction.

I am OBSESSED with the show as well. x3 Although I liked David Tennant better, but Matt Smith is growing on me. Some of my students today just asked me if I watched it, and I was like YESSSS, and started raving about sci-fi. They now know my weakness and a good way to de-rail any classroom discussion. >_>

MissBee: Sherlock? I may have to check that one out. I've been addicted to Fringe lately.

I need to watch the final episode of Sherlock's first season. It's a matter of finding time. Doctor Who, on the other hand, has me clearing my schedule every Saturday night. It's so much fun to watch in a group! It looks like there are going to be at least two episodes set in America this half of the season.

I love Doctor Who!!! But I didn't really like the dinosaur episode. Apparently the majority of episodes that I don't really like have been written by that one particular writer. Hmm...

Really?! I loved the dinosaur one.

I didn't like the season premier at all. I'm getting tired of Moffat.

I just wasn't really seeing the point... It was okay, but, eh. A bit cutesy, but it didn't make sense to me.

I love Moffat, his writing is what made me watch Sherlock since he writes one episode and is co-creater.

Matt Smith took awhile to grow on me as well but now I adore him and the way that his character has grown.

Peregrin: Sherlock is an amazing show. I am totally obsessed with it! The first season is on Netflix, but season 2 isn't yet. For me though it was worth buying the DVDs. I love them that much...I'll stop raving now because I begin to sound nutty acording to...pretty much everyone!

The premiere episode had its flaws but will probably foreshadow the second half of the season.

I have never watched this show. I will have to look it up to see what it's about but if people who watch this also liked Sherlock then I probably will like it. I have the 2nd season of Sherlock on request at the library so while I wait for that to come in I could check out Dr. Who. Since I don't have Cable I have been watching a lot on Netflix. I love the British mystery shows and there's a Canadian one called Murdoch Mysteries that is really good too.

It wasn't the saddest companion farewell, but I thought it was good. Goodbye to legs and the nose! I'm tired of the Angels and hope we have a break from them for a long, long while.

Also, I noticed yesterday that season 2 of Sherlock is on Netflix now. Yay!
