No, mine doesn't like things on him, but I always liked that hot dog costume w/ the mustard on it! Maybe I'll try it one year.

My dog has a hot dog costume that he will wear as long as I can get him to keep it on. I put it on him earlier this past week and he refused to move with it on.

Mine too! I had a little jacket for him so I put it on and he just sat there! Also, I have tried costumes and if I don't put it on quickly enough he tries to bite it off lol

Oh that is funny! My dog had a costume one year where it was a saddle with a cowboy sewn in upright but since he doesn't like wearing anything other than a shirt like this year's "costume" the cowboy ended up riding on his side as he would run around trying to get it off! Can you picture that? =)

I never dressed up my old dog because he was half wheaten, half golden retriever, so the stores never had any costumes that would fit! (I CALL FOUL!)

If I had a smaller dog, like a shih tzu, I would do something ironic and corny like dress him as a cat.

We took our dog trick-or-treating to my mom's house and my MIL's house. We bought the biggest costume we could find, and it was still a little too short on her back. I still thought she looked cute.

We dressed up the beagle as a skunk- she doesn't like the little hat that her ears go through, and it makes her walk a tiny bit funny in the beginning, but it's adorable!! And she does keep it on! We walked her around the neighborhood yesterday and the dressed up kids all got a kick out of her. 4 or 5 people even stopped us to give her doggie treats! They said it was only fair that she get to trick-or-treat since she DID get costumed up. It was super cute and fun!

I wonder why they do that "I'm not going to move" thing when we dress them up? Tonks had a hat on for Halloween, but she quickly ate it. :(

My cats would attack the costume, then attack me in my sleep for daring to insult them. Since I like my face in it's un-shredded state, I'll refrain from buying them costumes.
