What are some old TV shows that you don't see a lot on reruns and never hear people talk much about, but you remember them well? Like: Love American Style Petticoat Junction
My childhood was in the 80s, so I watched these & then some. Most of these aren't showing reruns: Little House on the Prairie Wonder Woman (starring Lynda Carter) Family Ties Mr. Belvedere Charles in Charles Life Goes On The Greatest American Hero My Two Dads Silver Spoons The Wonder Years Chips All the old dating game shows from the 90s mainly: Buzz Love Connection Shipmates Singled Out etc.
Some of my favorites that I remember (and don't see on late night tv) are: High Chapparral Wild Kingdom One Day at a Time Manimal Welcom Back Kotter WKRP Some that I love, and have bought seasons of are: Starsky and Hutch (I ALWAYS had a crush on Starsky!) SeaQuest DSV ChiPs Simon and Simon Little House on the Prairie (I show a few of these in school throughout the year and they are always a big hit!)
Fame!!! All the good Saturday morning cartoons... Get Along Gang, Snorks, Smurfs (you know the ones they are turning into movies now)!!! Others were mentioned!!!
SeaQuest DSV Fraggle Rock (though I did see an episode the other day) ALF Square One Wonder Woman (we would always watch this one during dinner!)
When I was a kid I loved this tv show that had this ghost of an actress who lived in the attic of a house and only one person could see/talk to her (the new owner of the house I think). I can't remember the name of it but I used to watch it all the time but have not seen a rerun ever!
Remember TGIF? Four shows on Friday nights. They changed after a while, but to begin it was Full House, Family Matters, Perfect Strangers, and Just the Ten of Us. I also liked Blossom, Doogie Howser, MD, and Head of the Class
Oh I forgot about Dinosaurs! I remember coming home after school and watching Good Times and thinking it was the best new show ever. It was about fifteen years old by that time!
Family Ties is on the HUB network now.. I think Doogie might be on there & the Wonder years. LOVED Full House & Blossom Oooh... thought of one Gimme A Break!!!
Most of you guys are young enough to be my kids. My shows definitely pre-date yours. Anyone remember Eddie's Father? I can hear the theme song running in my head right now. Oh, I loved TGIF. I really liked Boy Meets World, mainly because I wanted to be Topanga. ALF made me think of Small Wonder, which many people I ask don't recall. Loved that as well!
I remember Small Wonder. Talking about these old shows is bringing up old memories that I totally forgot. I LOVED watching the old Disney cartoons, Donald Duck, Micky Mouse, etc. I HATE the new ones on that Mickey's Clubhouse show. Bleh!
Daisy~I LOVED watching Captain Kangaroo!! I loved Boy Meets World. I had a huge crush on the middle brother. And Small Wonder! Loved that show too! I totally forgot. There was also Kids, Incorporated!
Boy Meets World was one of my favorites, too! Also, Step By Step, Family Matters, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Duck Tales, Darkwing Duck, Sonic the Hedgehog and I loved Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman! I almost forgot how obsessed I was with The Secret World of Alex Mack and the fact that she could turn into liquid!
Well I remember these Daisy! We watch Gunsmoke and Pallidon often. Remember the Ed Sullivin Show? I remember the first time The Beatles were on and my dad just laughing away when they sang, "I Wanna Hold Your Hand!"

Grammy Teacher and Upsadaisy, you must be part of my generation! I remember all those shows. I remember going home for lunch when I was in early elementary, and I watched Soupy Sales while I ate. Grammy, did you go to the theater to see 'A Hard Day's Night'? I remember that I couldn't hear the movie at all due to all the other girl's screaming! Good times, LOL. When I grew up, I enjoyed Hill Street Blues, St. Elsewhere, and Dallas, as well as all the comedies already mentioned.
The Partridge Family Brady Bunch Zoom (on PBS...they used to tell you to mail them pics and letters...still remember the address: Zoom, Z-double O-M, Box 350, Boston, Mass 02134...just send it to Zoom) Loved Dallas, Hill Street Blues, and Miami Vice when I was older.
My fav in the summer... Fat Albert... remember when Bill did Picture pages with the bee marker. I remember being so excited because one summer my mom bought us the books to share!!! C'mon now Solid Gold & Kids Incorporated!!!! I remember Small Wonder we'd watch that one too!!!

I remember watching Working and Two Guys, A Girl, and a Pizza Place growing up. Those are two that I can think of that aren't on reruns and noone really talks about.
I don't remember going to the theater to see that movie. How funny about the girls screaming! Those were good times in more ways than one!
I totally forgot that show! My nephew LOVED IT. I even bought him a tshirt that had the baby dinosaur with the pan saying that. That was a cute show! lol
I watched all the same shows, Grammy Teacher, I also watched Sea Hunt and LOVED Flipper. The original Twilight Zone scared me as a kid. I still remember some creepy ones. Bonanza. Wow. I watched a lot of TV!
