Did I mention I HATE it here! They do not know how to plow. I had to bring Crash to the vet because she has an abcess and it burst. They cleaned it out, and gave me meds for her.
So hopefully it will be better soon.

I've been married 25 years to my high school sweetheart. After lots of years at home with kids, I'm now one of the newbies at my school. My "mentor" is only 15 years younger than I am.

 

Kinder, we got lots of snow here, too. The roads were pretty bad on good old Hwy. you know what!

Yeah......same here on that same HWY! Traffic was moving pretty slow both to and from work today.

 

Hahah! I think it's so funny we travel the same Hwy. miles and miles apart. We were all going about 45 this morning and on the way home as well. I want the snow to go away now.

 

Grammy, I think that is so funny, too! I always think of you traveling down it the same time I am every morning. And I also agree with you......I want the snow to go away NOW! I HATE winter!

Hey Rosieo! How was your TV debut?

To all of you dealing with snow.....me too. We got about 4 inches over the weekend. I can deal with snow. It's the frigid temps I hate (-20 windchill). We might actually hit close to freezing by the weekend.

 

WAit, judging my my computer, you were on at 1:43 am EST. Those of us on the east coast, with young'uns to get going in the morning, are up at 5:00 am.

As much as I love you guys, I would definitely win "Most Cranky Teacher in the Universe" award if I even tried that one!!

 

We still haven't had any measureable snow this winter. ONE day with 5 minutes of flurries-- that's it

 

Well, you can have the snow we have. Now it's too cold to even get outside and enjoy it!

 

We have to get up in the wee hours to go to work, T.G! GeeZ! Try us this weekend, maybe!?

 

I HATE shoveling! I hate reshovel today because there was another 4 inches out there. Total of 7 inches. But I suppose I got my exercise for the day. I'm not going to do the work out tape!

 

Heck, burn the tape for heat!!!

 

but I just got it this weekend. It came with my new lower body rings lol.

 

Yes, TG, we are a bunch of Saturday night party animals.

 

Oh yea! Wicked and wild for sure, but only on the weekends! ha!

 

The taping went great. They taped for about an hour and once they edit and include one other classroom we should get a total of about 5 - 10 minutes of airtime. So much for my 15 minutes of fame. It was fun and I threatened the kids to be good. I told them that they had to behave because if they didn't then their mom's, dad's, Grandma's, Grandpa's, brother's, sister's, Aunts, Uncle's and friends would all see them being bad on public TV...let me tell you, they were perfect!!!

We got an ice storm here Sunday night but since we had no kids on Monday they still made the teachers come in. I was in my building at 8:00 am and the power went out from a downed line. I thought for sure they would let us go home, but oh no, we had to go to another building and pretty much do nothing! No snow or bad weather predicted in the near future here!

 

I'm glad the taping went so well.

I'll be looking for you on 60 Minutes!!!

 

I don't think we made it that big!

 

Oh, you'd probably take a close second.........I think I'd win that award!!!!!!!
