Hello all! I am thinking about the next school year and I want to study dinosaurs. I would like any ideas that you have on incorporating dinosaurs in practical life, cultural, language, math, etc. I am also going to study rocks, volcanoes, etc. Thanks for your help!:)

Contact the Sands Point Preserve in Sands Point, Long Island NY. There's currently a huge dinosaur exposition there. I bet they could point you in a direction!

Children seem to love dinosaurs more than anything. It sounds like a great choice. Another subject that the local Montessori school seems to focus on is "Africa." There is so much to learn with all the animals, locating it on the map, etc.
