    Yup. There it is, the drawback of living in a small town (like me). If one P dislikes you, they can hurry up and slander your name to the others ("Oh god I just interviewed with ... TERRIBLE!") :astonished:who may or may not even give you the time, unless the two P's are frenemies. So much drama.

    You definitely need to tread lightly to protect your reputation. That said: it sucks. It doesn't sound like A) they're all that happy in general; B) really want you or C) it would be an ideal position.

    Maybe meet with the actual teachers in the school/ your team to talk with them and get a sense of how it REALLY is before you make a decision? Since you'd see them more than admin anyway.
