Dating policy for NJ teachers??

For those who are a part of the public school system in NJ, what is the policy for teachers dating OTHER teachers or for one administrator (like a principal or superintendent) to date another administrator that are both from the SAME district? Is it allowed? If so, is it frowned upon?

I teach in a private school so I'm unfamiliar with those of the public school system.

 

Look at the policy of a board of ed near you - it is usually easily accessible on their website.

 

IT must be pretty lax here but there are like 5-10 different married/engaged/dating couples where I work.

 

In my district we've had teachers date and get married and continue to teach in the same school.

 

It's more of a problem when looking for a job if you are related to members of the school board, since technically they hold the purse strings. I have known married couples at the same school.
