So i'm trying to figure out a routine for the kids. Anyone have any ideas for a daily schedule with no restrictions really? I get there at 830 and leave anywhere from 4/430 to 530.

Here's what I have so far:

8:30- Free Play (They can do whatever they want. This is there time to get tv and ds play in if they want.)
    9:00- Breakfast
    9:30-
    10-
    10:30-
    11-
    11:30- Lunch
    12-
    12:30- Nap time for Keaton
    1-
    1:30-
    2-
    2:30-
    3- Snack
    3:30-
    4-
    4:30
    5

    Any suggestions?

Why don't you plan a morning out - perhaps to the park, swimming or somewhere similar, outdoors etc. Its not too hot in the mornings, the kids will burn up all their energy, eat a good lunch and then the youngest will nap well. Then during nap time the older kids can have quiet time and read a book, draw etc and after nap/quiet time you can have a craft activity, or you can go out on a special outing if you fancy, play at home etc
