What should be expected when you have asked to be in a custody hearing? I have no idea what to expect and am a little nervous as to what type of questions I will have to answer. Thanks!

Yes it's quite different thing that you asked. But as per my money no need to be nervous. Hope for the best and answer in straight words. Diplomatic answer put in you trouble. Co-operate with them they will sure do the same.

I would expect to be asked about any changes you have noticed in the child during the school year and if any of these changes are more apparent after time with one parent or another.

I wouldn't worry about it, just answer honestly. I'm sure they will just ask if you noticed any change in behaviors with one guardian vs. another and if you noticed any reasons they should choose one parent above the other.
