I am totally new to being creative for Preschool children. Our first week, I am to come up with an idea for a craft for the color RED. Any successful crafts???

This is exactly the type of activity I am wanting to do mrgrinch! I want to display the colors around the room, but I want it to be something the kids make themselves. Hoping to get parents to donate lots of color stuff for all the colors!

I have a fishing line going across my classroom and for each color, I hang the children's collages that are similar to mrgrinch09's. I head it with something like, "Show me something RED now!" from the Greg & Steve's Rainbow of Colors song.
