Would would you say? I already work within a district but am looking to transfer to another school. I don't want to go through a long cover letter but don't want to be short about it. Thanks.
I would write about why you want the transfer (closer to home, different grade level, etc). I would then write about the differences that set you apart from other teachers in the district (what you have worked on, what trainings have you attended, etc).
