How do you do your lesson plans? Does anyone happen to have a template of lesson plans using word or excel or something?

You can Google "lesson plan templates" to come up with some ideas. My thoughts are that it really depends on what your district requires from you. The last district I taught for required very lengthy plans beginning with standards/objectives and ending with assessment type. Now I only "have" to do detailed lesson plans prior to an observation. Most of the teachers still use the lesson plan books with the little squares. But for me, old habits die hard so I try to include as much detail as possible.

I guess I didn't help too much, but like I said, it really depends on what your district asks for you to do.

I have one created in publisher if you want it let me know. I goes horizontal and has M T W on one page and Th F on the other. I copy them front and back, 3 hole punch them and put them in a binder.
