What do you get your co-teachers for Christmas? I am at a loss for ideas. We usually go in together for our custodian and aides. I would like to get them all the same thing or close to the same thing. Food gifts won't work because of some dietary needs. Thank you for your ideas!:)

I now live in a wintery area. Last Christmas one of the most thoughtful things to me was a pair of gloves with the "hot hands" packet in it for us to use on a cold recess day.

We don't exchange gifts. Many of us can't afford to so I am happy we have this policy. Not as festive, though .....

Well to stay on the less expensive side, what if you made them "cookie mixes" or a drink mix. You could make the drink mix and buy one dollar mugs from the dollar store. That way you wouldn't have to spend so much money.

I found some really cute pewter picture frames at Kohl's today. I have vowed not to give any candles this year! Also, my back-up is usually a Starbuck's gift card.

We don't, but each year I get my kid's teachers fleece throws for those cold winter nights. I got this year's online at Kohls for $7.99 each.

We have a "Secret Santa" the week before Christmas; all who are interested fill out a form with likes/favourites, etc. then we draw a name. It's so much fun to find little surprises all week long! I usually get coffee shop gift certificates for the caretaking staff (they help me out so much all year long!)

There are over 70 teachers on my staff, so nope.

    I'll give a gift to my aide though. She's a god-send. :)
