I need to go out and purchase cloth for my bb! I want it to last several years...I need 5 1/3 yards for one bb! Anyways, do I go with 100% cotton or should I get a poly cotton blend?! I wasn't sure if one stretched better or lasted longer?! Thanks!:)

I like the thick cotton fabrics if you plan on changing the board frequently. If you are just putting things up there and keeping them up there, you can use a thinner one.

I usually buy whatever is large enough in one piece and on sale! I have never found any of them to fade, but if you are worried about fading maybe something with a print. When I first began using cloth for my boards, I would change each marking period/season, so for the beginning of school I had one with a red background and little books on it; for Thanksgiving more of an orange-brown background with turkeys, and I kept that one up until the December holidays, when I switched to a blue background that looked like a sky with stars. It is all a matter of choice I think and how long you want to keep them up.

That's me. I usually buy whatever I like and think I can use from the $1 rack at Wal-Mart.
