I am trying to find a good clipart site for images to add to worksheets and stories I make up. I am not a good artist at all and I find myself constantly looking for good images for my beginning writers. I am hesitant to buy a membership to a clipart site without really getting a sense of how useful the sites are. Do you have any good sites (paid for or free) where you get good images? I often come up with these good ideas but find the visual part the most time consuming and frustrating!
    Thanks!

Usually I just do a search. If I am looking for animal (or whatever) clip art I just do a google search and put in animal clip art. I always get a ton of links and can find exactly what I am looking for. I use a lot of clip art and this has always worked for me.

I subscripe to a freebies from Dover Publishing - they email once a week. You get tons of free stuff - coloring pages, clip art, pictures, ect. . . This week was castles, floral coloring pages, vintage sales ads and too many more to remember.

I have three clip art CD's from DJ Inkers (Just for Fun, Dazzle Days, and Grins and Giggles). They are a little expensive but are full of cute images that cover a wide variety of topics. With these and the Microsoft site I can find everything I need!
