I like With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility for a behavior chart/board. I, too, am doing a Super Hero theme for 1st grade this year. I'm thinking Incredible Work for a student showcase using the Incredible Hulk (hopefully I'll find a friendly looking face!) and clothespins hotglued to shades of green letter size paper. Still thinking for a Job board!

 

My job board area just says "hero headquarters". I have jobs/centers/calendar/weather/etc all in the area.
