Does anyone have a recipe for chicken thighs? My husband bought a bunch of thighs/legs attached and we are getting bored. I'd love to try something new.

The only thing I have ever used the thighs for was for homemade chicken noodle soup.

If you've got some time, this is a good recipe:

    Sweet and Sour Chicken Thighs

    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup water
    1.5 tbsp white vinegar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    chicken thighs

Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours.

I recommend doing it in the oven, I've tried it in a slow-cooker and the sauce burned, even on low. I usually serve it with rice and a vegetable.
