I'm having trouble designing a unit in Chemistry on "Atomic Structure, Electron Configuration" etc. Does anyone have any good activities, labs, or a general flow that I can use as I teach this unit?

I have the kids act out an atom. We have some kids as quarks(holding hands to create protons and neutrons) and standing in a "nucleus clump" and the other kids are given a space where they are allowed to run around as electrons. I yell out "STOP" after a few seconds of running and we see if any of our electrons are where we predicted they might be or where they were last time.
