the .05 things week after next sound tempting. I wonder how many cap erasers are in the package for .19?

I used composition notebooks for my test prep this year (if those are the black & white notebooks)- they worked out perfectly! Will have to buy a class set :)

A friend emailed me today, saying that Walmart has begun to put out their school supplies. The best deals are the 1 subject note books for 5 cents each and the Crayola Crayons for 22 cents a box. (Rose Art crayons are 17 cents but they suck!)

I agree Pwhatley. I paid the five more cents for Crayola. They last longer IMO.

and crayola colors are true...both CVS and Walgreens had cheap crayons for cheap too but I didn't even list them-they're never worth what you pay for them

Yeah, Rose Art crayons are too waxy and they don't spread across paper well... Always hated them as a kid. I wonder what ingredient Rose Art is leaving out to save 5 cents a pack that Crayola includes in order to obtain a better product?
