Changing schools

Any advice on when and how to bring it up with your Admin that you want to change schools? I teach 5th grade and really miss teaching younger kids. My campus is only 5th/6th grade.

 

I'm assuming it's the same district? Check with your union on the process of transferring within your district. I'd be prepared with a few reasons why you want the change when you broach it with your admin.
