What are some fun ways to celebrate with a class and say "you're doing a great job" without losing too much instructional time? Free recess or a movie day would be fun but I don't really have the time for that right now due to our busy school schedule. Should I bring in a treat to eat? Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Is there anything you're doing academically that you could tie to a fun activity? For example, my class studied liquids/solids/gases recently so as a wrap-up to that, we made root beer floats and discussed how a gas was made when you combined a solid/liquid.

    It depends for the grade-
When I taught 5th grade I did shoes off at reading time, getting to choose their reading spot instead of the desk, choosing the gonoodle that we do, choosing their own partner (this one can be modified for just a few students as well) or a homework pass

I am in kinder now and I do as a whole class reward choosing the gonoodle, the book before nap, shoes off at nap, choosing their favorite station

I suggest ice cream cake. In the beginning of the year, on the first Friday of the year (for snack time), my students ate brownies. I bring in treat weekly.
    Do consider the following.......
-A pizza party and board games during lunch
    -Electronics can be utilized.
    -Coloring Time
-Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and French Fries during lunch
    -Dance Party
    -Kahoot
