I'd like to start a thread with links related to Common Core State Standards. Can you share any helpful websites that let teachers find resources based on standards, text exemplars, lesson plans, standards-based games, etc? Also, please include a general age range or subject that the resources apply to, if applicable.

    I'll start:

    ELA / All Grades:
Poetry Foundation CCSS Poetry Text Exemplars:

I know I have more, so I'll add as I find them.

    Thanks! :D

Achievethecore.org (I think). I've been using it this week. It's great!

Curriculet (.something...) is an awesome reading site! Premade units with definitions, questions, quizzes aligned to standards. You can also create your own. Lots of free ones and many that are $1.99 per student. Many novels available!
