Hey I am trying to think of a center idea that is about 10-15 minutes long that involves cause & effect. Anyone have any ideas? It is for fifth grade. Thanks in advance! :2up:
You could write the causes and effects on index cards. Put the causes on one color and the effects on another color. Then have the students match them up. Another thing you could do is have students read a story or passage that has a lot of causes and effects in it. Have them highlight the causes in one color and the effects in another.
