Not sure if you know these, but they've kinda been my old stand-by's when needed.
Sorry if these aren't what your looking for.

    There's Sunday and there's Monday
    Tuesday and there's Wednesday
    Thursday and there's Friday
    And then there's Saturday
Days of the week (clap, clap)
Days of the week (clap, clap)
Days of the week, days of the week, days of the week (clap, clap)
(Sung to the Addam's Family theme song)

    Sunday Monday
    Tuesday Wednesday
    Thursday Friday, Saturday
There are 7 days, there are 7 days, there are 7 days in a week

What's the weather, what's the weather, what's the weather like today?
Is it raining, is it snowing, is it cloudy out today? (can change to suit your region/season of course)

    I'll keep thinking of more.

    Miss. G

    Every week has seven days
see how many you can say
    Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
    Sa-tur-day--seven days.

We point to the days on the calendar as we sing the name of the day.

You could also include the Barney song:

    Sunday, Monday
    Tuesday, Wednesday
    Thursday Friday
    Saturday
There are 7 days in the we-ek
there are 7 days in the week.

I started singing the Months song this year and my kids and I love it. Although, I noticed that that song keeps getting stuck in my head all day. But, it's really cute.

I got this song from when I was student teaching. However, I don't have a clue what the tune to this song would be. I mean, I know how to sing it, but I don't know how to explain the tune :sorry: It goes:
    Sun-day
    Monday
    Tuesday
    Wednesday
    Thrusday
    Friday
    Saturday
    Then we start again
    Sun-day
    Monday
    Tuesday
    Wednesday
    Thursday
    Friday
    Saturday
    Now our song is done

Check out Dr. Jean...she has some great songs that I use everyday in my classroom. The calendar song I use is to the tune "The Addams Family"

Days of the week (snap, snap)
Days of the week (snap, snap)
    Days of the week
    Days of the week
Days of the week (snap, snap)

    There's Sunday and there's Monday
    There's Tuesday and there's Wednesday
    There Thurs and there's Fri.
    And then there's Saturday.

My oh my what's the weather today?
Plenty of (fill in sunshine, cloud, rain, snow etc)
    Heading our way.
Zip a de do da Zip a de day!

I use the Addams family one as well. I also love to use Jack Hartmann.
Google Jack Hartmann and you will find his link. A message says I am unable to post it.

On one of his CDS he has the Days of the Week Rap Back-I think it is on Hip Hop Alpha Bop Two. My kids love it.

    We sing:

    Today is Friday
    Today is Friday
    All day long
    All day long
    Yesterday was Thursday
    Tomorrow will be Saturday
    Oh what fun
    Oh what fun

    We also sing:
    Today is Friday
    Today is Friday
    August 25th
    August 25th
    2006
    2006
    That's the date
    That's the date

As well as the Days of the week (Adam's Family) song.

    The kids absolutely love them

For months of the year I use a chant that goes like this:
    January, February, March, April, May
June, July, And August are heading our way
    September, October, November and then...
December makes a year and we start over again!
(you have to get the rhythm for it.......but the kids love it! :) )

    (Oh my darling clementine)
    There are 7 days
    There are 7 days
There are 7 days in the week
    Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
    Thursday, Friday, Saturday

    (three blind mice)
    January, February, March
    April, May, June
    July, August, September
    October, November, December
These are the 12 months of the year
Now sing them together so we all can hear
How many months are there in a year?
    12 months in a year

Haaha!! I never put it to that tune, but it works!! If you sing it to the tune, "I'm A Little Teapot", that works too. I have just chanted it in the past......but I like adding the melody! :) Thanks countrygal!;)
