I am looking for some ideas for a t-shirt. I want to make t-shirts to hang from the ceiling in my room. I am thinking of team shirts but I can’t think of what to do on the front. I teach first grade. Any ideas?

I just did a lesson on patterns, I gave the students a t-shirt outline with lines, and they colored patterned stripes.

Could you do a "Me to a T" or "We to a T" theme?? Maybe they could decorate it with pictures/writing to describe what they have learned how to do in first grade or how they became a "better me"

    Handprints are fun.
Each shirt could be painted with a letter of the alphabet.
Each child could paint his/her own face on a shirt.
You could have subject area shirts: numbers, colors, letters, music notes, a globe, plants, a fish or some class pet......
