Most of my "teacher" clothes are from the Gap. I find the sale racks to be very affordable and their clothes are pretty classic. I rarely wear skirts (mainly because our winters are SO cold!) so I rely heavily on my black, navy and brown pants. I usually wear a nice sweater or button up shirt with them.

I know you've heard it a ton of times but I am a first year teacher and I bought ALL my teacher clothes from NY&Co (with a few T's from Old Navy)

Does anyone order clothes online? I'm always too afraid to, because "I just know" they won't fit.

I just started ordering books online. I'm also afraid the clothes won't fit. By the way Hawthorne publishers puts out some really really good books.

Does anyone have other shoes they like besides Danskos? I'm not a big clog person, but I'm dying for some comfy shoes!

I like Clarks. They are comfortable and come in smaller sizes which I need and you can buy them at JCPenney. :)

It's been said over and over again... but I LOVE New York & Co. :)

I'm 23, and I think that when wearing their clothes, I look my age, but still like a professional. :D Plus they have great sales.

I only shop on-line because I hate going to the mall and stores. I buy almost everything but my underwear and shoes from Lands End and LL Bean.

I shop online, because we really don't have a good selection here. Our Old Navy doesn't even have dressy clothes anymore. :p Most stores have a good return policy, and they include a return label in your package. I've bought several great things from Banana Republic online, and I've never been to one of their stores. There petite clothes fit me perfectly!
