    Boardmaker Questions

I'm new to boardmaker. I'm using it to make classroom jobs. I don't want to open a new board just to continue another page. How do I make multiple pages (boards) within the same document?

I bought the mac version to use on my laptop. I have a PC hooked to a smartboard in my classroom but no boardmaker. If I create a notebook file (ie, use the smartboard), can I cut and paste some boardmaker pictures in it and actually have it show up on the smartboard using a computer that does not have boardmaker installed?

    Teachersk in Hawaii here...!

Promised my hubby I wouldn't do much phone time, but he's on the porch reading right now so I have a free moment. There's about 14 other threads I want to respond to also, but they'll have to wait until my return :)

For the multiple page board question-
Go into file> board set up.

Make your board size huge (8.5x11 times however many pages you want, adjust measurements accordingly). Then you will have little green dotted lines dividing your board into multiple pages... When you print, it will print in multiple pages. Hope that helps.

    Re: notebook/smartboard:

On your Mac version of your final board, hit:
File>print>save to PDF (located bottom left of print screen).

Then save your file as a
PDF and it will def open on the notebook software for the smartboard. ;)

Another question (whenever anyone has time)....

What are some good websites with ready made boardmaker stuff. I was trying to do boardmaker share on the boardmaker website but apparently you need a print editor subscription to really do anything.

I can see the dotted green lines but I can't seem to scroll down to use that area. I see it becomes a new blank space in print preview though.

cutNglue - you shouldn't need a printmaker share to do things with Boardmaker Share. You can sign up for free and download the boards and use your own Boardmaker to read and edit them :). Enjoy! I love Boardmaker!
