Does anyone have any wonderful ideas on ways to remediate these skills? I am looking for 3 lessons hands-on, etc. Something to "get them into it". :thanks:

We have done tongue twisters. We read them together. I have them prewritten on sentence strips with the blend or digraph underlined. Then you could have the students choose one to write and illustrate.

We also make charts where we list all the words we can come up with for each blend/digraph.

Sara-What were some of the tongue twisters you used?

I got them out of a teacher book. I think the title is Month by Month Phonics for First Grade. It's at school now. You might be able to do a search and find some on the Internet.
