BIGGEST LOSER 2010

    I lost .5 of my restaurant gain. If I don't get a sub call today, I'll go to the gym at 9.

    By the way, has anyone tried the new Jello Mousse Temptations? Only 60 calories and they are very yummy.

    I'm a little depressed...but I'm blaming it on the scales at school. At home, my scales said I lost 1 1/2 lbs., but when I did my official weigh in at school those scales said I had gained .2 lbs.:( How can that be?

    Oh well, I guess I have to put $1 in the pot and try harder next week.

    On a positive note, Saturday I rode the recumbant bike at the gym 16 miles in 75 minutes. Last night I rode the same 16 miles in 62 minutes. I'm proud of that accomplishment!!!:)

    Weight fluctuates goopp. I always weight myself first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom and before eating anything. I do it that way everytime so I know it's accurate.

    Congrats Jessica!! I really need to cut back on my soda intake. that's where the majority of my calories are coming from. And I think I'll up my workout as well.

    I only did 20 minutes of my workout last night because my husband came home and I don't like to do it while he's watching LOL I'll try to do it tonight too.

    Your scale at home could be different from the scale at school so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Did you weigh yourself with the same clothes on? That also makes a difference. Try to do you official weigh in with the same clothes every week (the lightest clothes you have!!).

    I just made myself some baked sweet potato fries that are to die for (and healthy, too!).

    Went and worked out.... STG... Did you work out? I did Tae Bo. And it kicked my behind! Love it! Had a healthy eating day too. Oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and brown rice and chicken for dinner. Mmmmm..... Today I did GOOD!

    SC~yes I did work out!! I'm going to join the Y tomorrow. A couple of women I know work out there so I'm going to be joining them when they work out. I weighted in tonight for the contest and her scale said 148. :( Mine says 141. I think I'll use mine ;) Anyway, when I weighted in this morning I was down just half a pound, but at least its a loss and not a gain.

    I´ve seen on a TV programme that Losing Weight is "the goal" for a lot of people in 2010.
    It is the objective, the most relevant resolution for this new year.
    We are PART OF IT!!!!!!!

    I weigh in on Friday. I don't think I lost anything. I don't FEEL any lighter and my clothes don't feel any looser. Seriously I have given up doughnuts. I have to get this weight off. I don't like me like this. Today when I worked out I actually felt the flab on my arms moving. Seriously?! Oh well, one day I will look you in the eye - proud of the person I have become... right?

    I didn't make it to the gym today. I was the teacher in charge as my principal was out of the building and today had to be the day that a bus had to pull over due to 4 students fighting. They had to phone the police for assistance and wait for the bus safety offer to drive to the bus. The students then had to be transported back to the school by the bus with the safety officer on board. I was hoping that the police would just drive them home.

    Proud that stinks!!! I didn't do so well today either. I'm hoping to get together with some friends and start exercising regularly.

    Second weigh-in today--down 2 more pounds for a total or 4 since this challenge started and 7 since I started! Now, I just need to get moving!

    LOST a pound and I am like 7th in the biggest loser contest. So, I am quite satisfied. I am going to be a workout fiend this weekend. You just wait and see. STG... have you joined that gym yet? TRUST me, it is worth it especially if you have a support group there to spur you on. You are so lucky!

    I weigh in today! I´m in MY weight. At least, this is what the Nutritionist has said
    I started in October 09 and now the diet phase is over, I must go on w some healthy habits but the difficult part was done!!
    I´m happy!!!! Satisfied!

    1.8 lost. 7 to go.....the last 5 seems to be the most difficult! I have already asked my family about not getting me any candy as gifts!! I will miss all those
    Cadbury eggs........!

    I've lost 4 pounds in the past week... our school competition just started yesterday... I'm determined to win... there's $450 for the winner!

    No change this week in weight, but my doctor did finally get my blood pressure medicine balanced and it is nice and normal! Unfortunately, I'm going to have to work even harder because this medicine often makes patients gain weight!

    Glad your medication is straightened out, Celia, but sorry that it's going to make it harder to lose weight.
