Overall, I've lost 35! Getting there, slowly but surely.
On another note, I did some new exercises yesterday and can barely move my arms this morning.

I do an hour on the weight-loss program on the treadmill daily and watch what I eat. I usually lose 1-2 pounds per week, but I'm coming off my time of the month and it always drops more drastically that week. I don't question it, I'm just happy it does!

WOOHOO, goopp!!!! I'm holding steady at 135 which is fine because I'm toning up as well.
No change for the first week since January! However, I'm on antibiotics for my sinus infection and one of the side effects is water weight gain. Nice

2 lbs this week!!!!!! Lost 39 lbs since January!!! Makes going to the gym 5 or 6 times a week worth it.
I just caught this thread on p.58, so I'm not going to read through all of them! But just in case no one has mentioned it, I just wanted to mention my love:
I joined about a year ago, and have now lost 46 pounds (14 more to go)! I find the tools on the website really useful, and even better, everything is FREE!
There is a nutritional tracker, fitness tracker, weight ticker, and lots of articles on fitness and nutrition. It's also a really nice social network: you can create your own page, add friends, leave a comment on their page, etc. I have found this social network to be so helpful, everyone is so positive and supportive, that I rarely use facebook anymore. You can also join groups (such as "Teachers Learning to Lose") with other members that have similar interests. I also LOVE the recipe database. It's so much fun, and it makes it seem so much easier!

I made my 60 lb weight loss! Now about 30 more to go until I'm happy :lol: I guess it's good to celebrate the small successes when you still have a long way to go!
60 lbs is AWESOME!!!!! Is that since January? I'm very impressed!!
Yup. I began at the beginning of January and have kept it up since then. I cut out caffeine entirely and I don't even miss it anymore. Thank you for all the encouragement you've given! :thanks:

When I entered my weight yesterday, it was actually from last week. I weighed in at the gym today and I lost another 4 lbs, for a total of 46!
Went shopping yesterday for new school clothes. I didn't have any shirts that fit. It's a lot more fun to buy clothes in the misses dept than it was in women's. I used to hate clothes shopping, now my DH has to keep me out of the stores. I'm trying not to buy much because hopefully I'll be down another couple of sizes by the time I need winter clothes.
