    I'm down another .5 lb. I'm finally below 140 though!! Next stop: 135 (better make it a mini goal!)

    I've stopped weighing myself all together. I am seeing my results in other ways. 3 weeks ago, I could barely do 15 jumping jacks. Tonight at class I did 35. My clothes are fitting better, and I am getting compliments, but the scale hasn't been moving. I'll weigh myself in a week or so to see where I'm at. I'm actually not that worried about the number anymore at all :)

    I still have a long way to go...but, when I started I was wearing a size 22 and they were tight. I bought size 16 capris today. In the Misses dept, not Women's! I am soooo excited. I can't wait till these are to big and I can say I'm buying 12's! I'm getting there, slowly but surely!

    Holding steady at 131.5. I'll need to make an effort to lose the last 5 and I haven't been up to the challenge, but for now I'm happy with the pounds I lost. I skipped the gym this past week, but will start again next week. My clothes are more comfortable and I can see my curves again. I'm sure my husband is happy.

    You are guys amazing! I started a new eating plan after easter and since then am down 2 lbs. I've been so busy with work and everything that I plateaued for about 3 weeks. I was so happy to see a lower number on the scale this morning!

    Still under 140 and looks like another .5 lbs lost for a total of 6.5. I'm taking it slow. I need to get back to the gym more often this week and from now until the end of June and hitting it hard!!

    I did 5 miles overall on the elliptical today! I feel great! Maybe it'll make up for how horrible I ate!

    I have lost 15 lbs since February 19. 10 more to go until I hit my goal weight :)

    Doctor told me yesterday I shouldn´t take pilates gym lessons anymore, cause of my backache, so I should begin swimming (he says it´s the best for me) grrrrrrrrr, he also said I need to stop playing tennis, I´M NOT HAPPY AT ALL...
    And the last but not the least, I should go on eating healthy food.

    I had to give up tennis because of my foot...was not happy about it. I ride the recumbant bike because it is best for my foot right now. I hope I can start doing other things again, but I am getting in lots of cardio with the bike.

    Awesome, goopp!!

    I've been working my buns off at the gym this week. I just got an app for my phone that keeps track of my calories for each day and given my current weight and goal weight, gives me a calorie budget to stick with. For the past 3 days, I've been under!! I'm hoping to see some lbs lost. This app says I should be losing 2 lbs a week and be my goal weight by June 18th.

    I have been maintaining for the last few weeks. Better than gaining but I'd like to start exercising more so I can lose again!

    Feeling a little down since I was down further earlier in the week. I work SO hard and to only see .5 on the scale is tough for me :( Oh well--I've got to keep on keeping on. I'll get there eventually, I guess.

    I keep tabs on it!!! I've been doing really well at the gym. Not seeing anything on the scale, but I notice it in my body...down 1 inch in 2 weeks. I know I'm not seeing it on the scale because of the muscles I'm building up. I can feel them in my legs and arms.

    Way to go everyone! I've got to say I've given up for the time being. I lost quite a bit, but still have a lot more to go... but I just don't have it in me. I'm simply not able to get any real amount of exercise with the amount of pain I've had from my arthritis. I'm going to see the doctor and hope to get a prescription renewed (though I've been out for some time now). I'll get back to work on losing weight some other time. For now, I'm in maintenance mode.

    I'm down 2 lbs this week. I've kicked it up at the gym a little more and watching my calories. It's working!! I have 2 more to my mini goal and 7 to my next major goal, and then 13 to my ultimate goal.

    Kang~I kind of jumped off the wagon a bit this past week and was kind of surprised by the loss. My goal is to be in the gym 5 days a week for the next two week until my dh gets home. He's promised that he'll be going with me when he gets back.

    Down 2.3 lbs this week. Total of 31.6 since the 1st of the year!!! Now if I can just keep it up this summer. I'd like to go back to school about 2 sizes smaller. I'm down 3 sizes so far and getting lots of compliments...they keep me going!

    That's awesome, goopp!!! A few people at school have noticed. It's not a huge difference for me, but it's still nice to know that it's starting to show. I haven't been as good about going to the gym this week as I should have been. I need to get off here and do at least some ab works.

    Good work-it is work!! I just tried a new product(new for me). PB2-powdered peanut butter. It is pricey, but 1/2 the calories of regular pb. Guess it's been around awhile, I have liked it so far.

    I'm hoping to lose another 50, so I understand that long way to go. My goal is another 20 by the time school starts again...so I'll have to be working hard this summer!
